Shipping & Delivery

Most stock part orders ship same day if order is placed by 4 pm EST. Parts that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may take 5-7 business days. All electronic parts are final sale. Expedited shipping orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Expedited orders must be received prior to 1:00 PM to guarantee the expedited time frame. 

Please be advised that all packages must be inspected thoroughly when accepting delivery. If you sign for the order, you are accepting the item and its condition. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if you sign for the damaged product. In a case where the package or item is damaged you must refuse the package and notify us immediately. If you refuse a shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the return the package back to us.

SuntekOnline.com free shipping applies only to the continental United States.

International Shipments

Free shipping and $9.99 economy shipping does not include shipping anywhere outside of the contiguous US. Customers will be responsible for any additional duties or taxes. Customs charges for your country are not included in the postage or order cost. Please call us for international shipping rates 1-888-946-8882.

Returns

Parts must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. Electronics and all Spa Covers are non-returnable. When parts are returned, they must be in salable condition and in the original packaging. Once we inspect your return, and these conditions are met, you will receive a Store Credit that does not expire.

Returns (Loop-Loc Safety Covers)

At Suntek, we strive to ensure your Loop-Loc safety covers are delivered promptly and securely. Stock covers ship within 1-2 business days. Custom Covers, are usually shipped in 2-3 weeks. There are no returns on custom safety covers as they are designed specifically for your pool/spa. Stock covers can be returned, but may be subject to a restocking fee as per Loop-Loc. 

Unless otherwise noted, the cost of returning the safety cover is on the customer's end. 

 

Restocking Policy

Selecting replacement parts can be difficult, so we do not charge a re-stocking fee if you call or email to ensure you are placing the correct order. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs on all parts that are returned due to incorrect ordering. A 20% restocking fee may apply on a case-by-case basis if this procedure is not followed. Call us at 1-888-946-8882 and one of our representatives will help with your return request.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be required for all returns.

Please include your name and RMA# on or inside the return package.
